Wedding! Natalie and Manolo!!
Today is the day before the wedding. What a week it has been! Tuesday we found that we had to get a different person to bake the wedding cake because of medical issues with the lady who was going to do it. God was good. (He always is!) We found someone else Wednesday morning. Wednesday evening we picked up Manolo's brother and friends from the San Antonio airport. Then we drove to Austin to pick up Jon who arrived at 12:30 am Thursday morning! We got to bed at about 2:00 am.

Wedding! Natalie and Manolo!
This will be the first of several posts concerning Natalie's and Manolo's wedding on August 10, 2013. We were very grateful when we saw Manolo come through the doors of Customs and Immigration at San Antonio International Airport on July 21. He has been living at our house ever since. Natalie is living with her Aaron and Tiffany in San Antonio and working for Mark and Ann Cooney as an optical technician.
We and the church family have had a great time getting to know Manolo. I took him to Cabela's and then out to do his first shooting.
This is at the Museum at Cabela's. I do think Manolo's brother, Moises, was a bit jealous!

Last Sunday we all went to the Price Center in San Marcos where the wedding will take place. It is a beautiful venue. I think Nat and Manolo liked it.

The Veil Is Lifted
Using language of the Millenium, Isaiah tells us in 25:6-7 that God will swallow up the covering which is over all peoples, even the veil over all nations.
If you are reading this and have never trusted Jesus Christ as your one way to peace with God, know that that veil is over you. It will be lifted if you receive Him as your Savior. 2 Corinthians 3:16 says "whenever a person turns to The Lord. The veil is lifted". Don't wait.
